Week 20 layouts - Mother's Day
I got something done besides my 365 project this week. I made a new Katie layout. Sometimes I don't know where all my time goes, it just flies by. I think I got more done when I was working. Maybe I should go back to work so I can get more of my scrapping done!!! Anyway here's Katie - she's about 5 or 6 months old here.
I've got my layouts done so I will qualify for Gina's giveaway at Weeds & Wildflowers. She gives a nice addition every 2 weeks for her Life 365 kit. All of my 365 layouts were made from her kits. The only requirement is you keep your scrapping up to date. So I'm done for this giveaway.

Today is Mother's Day. It's the first year I've been without my Mom and twenty-six years since Emily passed. I want to remember them both today. They are missed.
I found this poem on the internet and it says it all.
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be.
So, He put His arms around you,
And whispered, “Come with Me.”
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer
And saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,

Wow! I'm really getting late in posting these. It took longer because it's entirely different scrapping on the laptop vs the desktop. The screens are entirely different. I want to get used to the laptop so I really running behind!
We'll start with Easter week. Hopefully the next two weeks will go faster!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. Susan, Mike, and the kids came for dinner, stayed and watched a movie, took a walk, and had a great day! I just finished my layouts for the past week so I qualify for my 365 incentive from Gina at Weeds & Wildflowers. She gives us a wonderful incentive every two weeks to keep going!! I probably would really be slacking if it wasn't for her! So here's the layouts.
I got my layouts done for this week. I hope when this is done my photobook is at least halfway interesting. It really is a challenge to find something to take a photo of besides Katie. I try not to load this book with photos of her since she has a separate book. Maybe when we go somewhere it will get more interesting. I can't believe how boring everyday life is!!!!! Of course, to me it's not that boring - just not picture worthy.
